A few things you should know
Fantastic attentive staff and a great breakfast with a wonderful variety. The hotel's location offers a peaceful side street yet is just steps away from the beach road.
Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to replenish supplies, and there were annoying noises throughout the night.

Enjoyed good-sized rooms.
I booked a room with a good bed, a fantastic balcony and coffee. The location was excellent, at a medium distance from Gossip.

Good location, beach across the road,
The hotel's "glory " has gone....I found out that they are closing the hotel on 2nd May for refurbishing or re building so till then and during my stay they did not put any effort to their service, corridors were dirty, never cleaned during my stay, breakfasts poor, staff could't bother, poor English, waited 4 day for maintenance repair and gave up as noone turned up.There was some insects in the room as well and we continously suffered with stomach troubles. It was my 3rd stay there but this time total dessatisfaction, great pitty.

Phuket vibes 🌴🍹
Lekker location, just a stroll to the beach and markets. Staff were so friendly, especially the chommie at check-in. The brekkie spread was on point, fresh omlettes made daily!
Only downside was the pool bar could've had better opening times, a bit of a wait for a cold dop.

I have stayed at this hotel at least three times before and had a wonderful experience that is why we returned with 18 friends. This time it was appalling. A few of us got bedbugs related scabies and service by staff was appalling except for the pool staff. I was embarrassed because i had recommended this hotel to 18 friends and we all stayed and most of them legitimately complained. The hotel is changing management and staff morale and service was poor as a result as jobs were insecure. I don't think i will ever go back to that hotel and i am sure the people who traveled with me will not recommend it. The tailor in the complex is excellent.
pool area, happy hour and the location close to everything.

The pool was sweet as, but the bathroom setup turned into a slippery hazard. Staff were friendly, but that's not enough to cover for broken facilities.

The large comfortable room, the good facilities.
There needs to be a hotel pool bar again, the companion charge is a little expensive.

The hotel location is excellent and it has a large garden with correct swimming pools.
Hotel rooms are old with bad maintenance. More, because of a problem between 2 owners, it seems that the garden will be separated, and workers begin to do construction under our eyes during our stay: we could not enjoy and stay at the pool because of the noise of construction beginning. The worth is that we had no appologize or any compensation from the hotel management, excepted a pannel written on construction wall: "sorry, rent period expired, under construction". It is a shame!

I loved walking in the garden where the bungalos were that lead us to the swimming pools and Pating beach
One thing about the reservation...Booked.net said that if we cancelled on the same day or didnt show up then one day would be deducted, but the hotel had a different policy, which was: if you cancel one day then you have to pay for the second too!

The ambiance was fine, filled with warm colors and charming wooden furniture that gave the feeling of a cozy retreat. Accessibility was moderate, though the absence of step handles near bathtubs was something I noticed.

location
a) it took them 3 days to find a parcel that has been sent to the hotel for me. parcel arrived at least 3 days prior to my stay and i informed them by mail about the arrival. b) i asked 4 F/O staff sitting and waiting for the end of their shift if they could mail an small parcel for me. They said no and pointed outside saying that there would be a post office. So we have a big problem of training and supervision at the F/O or a general management problem?

It is nice beautiful Thai classic design with fantastic huge garden and swimming pools. Traditional dinning spaces with comfortable views during the breakfast which was really excellent and variable and satisfied all tastes. The life musical band in the bar was so nice with their classical play till midnight. I booked only for 5 nights, then asked them to extend another 3 nights, the reception manager did it on the spot with the same price on Booked.net and even upgraded my room.
I knew that the lease of the land is finishig. This is really a waste to loose this hotel. If it will continue, then it needs rennovation of the rooms.
